- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Not a good experience with this company do not buy online or over the phone what you pay for is not necessarily what you will get Recommend from 1st Choice Ordered a AC Compressor for a Civic MK8 2.2 I was told they had one left which was from a 2012 37k when unit arrived it was for a 2001-2005 1.6 petrol. Im no Jap car specialist but it was so obvious the only thing which was similar was that they were both made out of metal and had a pulley. My complaint escalated to one of the co owner who questioned how do I know its not the right part. After awhile of nonsense from him he then said I could send it back and he would cover the postage. Once received I was refunded without postage the following day, when I contacted him he refused to pay postage. I asked why not he said because he had not opened the package and had not looked at the note I sent with the unit yet I was refunded (what a load of rubbish what person gives refunds without looking at goods?) He then went on to say he could only put on the card what was taken off. This company has costed me time & money through not knowing a basic part but they claim to be specialists, in what?
