  Packaging and delivery service was excellent. Unfortunately it would be wrong to expect your replacement windows to be anywhere near the quality of the originals. I ordered two for my Lunar Ariva and in my approach to EEKO for a quotation, requested they be supplied in clear plastic to match an existing previously replaced window. When they arrived, beautifully packaged, I found the first one to be disgrace, and I couldnt believe a company would despatch such a poor quality item. There were marks (lines) present on the plastic which looked like they were caused by the moulds used, and something I can only describe as a bubble along one edge. When I contacted the company with my complaint, I was told the workshop knew about this but as I needed the windows urgently, ( I didnt and never stated this), they would send the window anyway and I could have it replaced at a later date. I would have found this more believable had a note been attached to this effect. The other window could best be described as adequate but a poor fit that needed adjustment to the catches to get a seal along the bottom which puts a considerable strain on the catch itself. The other issue was that it (they) were tinted instead of clear. The other window has arrived, still showing mould marks.. In my final phone call to the company to query why I had received tinted windows instead of clear, I was told it was my fault for not including a note with the windows despite the fact that I requested clear windows in my e-mail to the company. My complaints were not well received and I was told to return both windows for a full refund thus leaving me with a caravan with two front windows missing. A ridiculous suggestion thats clearly not an option. I will not be bothering this company again. G Bradford. August 2018.
