  I have been to this petrol station a few times as it is my local, A few months ago, the petrol pum did not dispense my petrol. I have two things in my car which says it did not, the amount of miles left(mile gauge) and Good ole needle. I proceeded to tell the attendant, who argued with me, until a kind gentleman on staff, who was just coming to shift, said that, its been happening to a lot of people all week. He let me have my petrol and though I had used the company several times since then, I always checked to make sure I got my petrol. So you can imagine today when I did not get my petrol, I complained, the same horrible attendant, refuse to help, I was polite, no help shouted no help, the response was, you can go to trading standards if you like, nothing to me, i retire soon, and the manager, the manager, said, I should prove it, I had my four children in the car. Including a screaming baby,, I was not looking for free petrol. I had petrol in, I just wanted to top myself up. The way they took my money and did not even bat an eyelid. Its up to me to try and recover my money legally, Anyone who has been to this place and this has happened contact trading standards, the more they here about this place they will be forced to look at it seriously. The more money they take from people this way the more money they can hide under the table.
